Now a day the battle to getting a job is more difficult. The people had to be academically prepared to survive in this world. The things are more expensive more and more and the question is how can I support my life? The answer of this question is easy, you have to study a profession and try to give the better of you. But some people say how can I study a profession, I don’t have money for my studies. The answer of this if you think the education is expensive, try ignorance.

            A time ago many people don’t had to study because only a little percent of the population had the resources to pay the studies. In that time there are no competence for an employment because the poor people dedicated their life for agriculture and they survive of them. But I think that people although they don’t have studies and a big majority cannot read anything, they were a very intelligent people.

           Now a day the story is different if you don’t study anything you would be an ignorant person. Lets define word ignorance; ignorance is “lack of knowledge or education”. Other definition of ignorance is “unawareness of something, often of something important”. These definitions are from the Encarta Encyclopedia. If you think the education is expensive, more expensive is the ignorance. For example, imagine you in a meeting of your class of secondary. You found your friends and you see that they have a good jobs because the studied something and you don’t study nothing. They have a comfortable life and you always without money and find partial jobs to survive. What do you think now, the education is expensive or the ignorance is expensive? The ignorance is more expensive that many people think.

            At this time study a profession is not very expensive. There are many scholarships to study, which help the persons economically to pay the studies. Inclusive in United States if you a child to maintain, exist financial aid that pay you a salary while you studies a profession. There are many short careers that the people can make in 1 or 2 years. These short careers are good because they give the opportunity to the people that don’t like study and involve these persons in something sometimes simple that they can do. One fact of the careers is while the technology go advance, more opportunities the people would have to get a job and more careers arise.

           Also there are long study careers that involve more effort and dedication. These careers are more expecific and in most of cases give more profits. In addition of give more profits, these careers give a good reputation to persons. The competence in these careers is stronger and the persons have to outstanding to get a good job.

           In conclusion there are no excuse to study something. The money is there, the aid is there, there are a short careers. The technology go advance and the opportunities are there. The person that no study something is because don’t want to realize as a person. That’s person had to be an ignorant person the rest of their life. Do you want to be an ignorant person? I think no. So study something and make your life more comfortable. Nothing in this life is expensive except the ignorance that is more expensive that much people think.    

Journal # 2

Don't blame the youth

             Being a young person is not easy. In most of cases when the people made something the blame is for the youth people. Why? Because we are young and everything that we do is “wrong”?  I don’t think so. Perhaps our mode of expression or the manner of wear or our new music and our style is not the better but every people were young in some moment and they had their style, their expressions, their manner of wear and their music. This problem is generative, when a generation is in their apogee; they are many critics. Critics that critique all of you and don’t know the reality of the things. I don’t like critics but here is my discharge.

           Don’t critique my mode of expression. When you were young you had your own manner of expression. Why you critique my manner of expression? Because my vocabulary is not equal at your vocabulary? This is not excuse to critique me. My words are equal at yours different but are words. My words are not bad quite the opposite these words expand the language. A language that need to expand to maintain a strong language according the Real Academy Dictionary.

           Don’t critique my music. Music is a form of an expression and with the music I express my ideas. You have your music and I have my music very different but is music. Some people said that the youth music is not music because degenerate the woman, talks of drugs and incite to violence. First the youth music is not the unique music that degenerate the woman, if you can see; music like merengue, salsa and other more talks disparaging about women and this music for adults is real music. The problem of drugs is the same when exists the hippies and I think the music don’t interfere with the problem of drugs. The person who lost in drugs is because he or she wants as tell the proverb. Music not promote the violence, more violence promote the programs that are transmitted in television. The television is visual and the young people can see the real violence not in the music.

            Don’t critique my style. If I use my loose clothes, my earrings and my cap; this is my style. When you were a young you used your mode and now is my time. Some people say that the mode of wear of young people is not appropriate but what is the appropriate form of wear? The appropriate form of wear is that the person feel more comfortable. This is a criteria of the person. When you use your hippie or your rocker clothes I don’t say anything, why you critique me?

            The society sometimes have prejudice to young people and blame them. But the reality is these young people are the future of the humanity. Let pass the new generation without critics. Don’t blame the youth for their actions but try to understand more about them. Understanding the young people we can have a better future. Remember we are young only one time at our life. We trying to enjoy our youth as you enjoyed your youth. Don’t blame the youth and enjoy your life not mine.

These are my best two journals because talks about problems that exist now a day. In the first journal I try to tell a message to the people who do not have studies. Is better spend some money on studies than be ignorant by the rest of their lives. The second journal is about the blame of the youth that occur now a day. Some people criticize the young people by the things that they do. Buy the reality is these people who criticize they were young people and in sometimes they were do worst things that the things that they criticize. In this journal I try to emphatize that the time that we live is not the old times and everything changing.
